Having field tested many Hori-Hori style garden knives, I can say with both caution and certainty that this is a "next-level" garden/foraging/camping tool. This exceptionally well-crafted knife/trowel continues to impress me at every turn. A couple of factors make this tool superior to all others like it. The pommel end of the handle allows for use as a hammer in a pinch. The shape of the handle is also where they bested all others by making the top of the handle round. For smaller hands like mine, this really cuts down on fatigue while improving precision. The sheath is also exceptionally well made to safely stow this tool and handle the elements and rigors of the garden, forest or seashore. Like any sharp blade, this tool should be sheathed at all times when not in use. Great care should be taken when wielding, handling and storing this tool, as it is VERY sharp.
